Anita Layland is a Regulated Immigration Consultant (RCIC) by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants in Canada and registered under #R712138.

Anita provides immigration services based on excellence, honesty, passion, and respect and is committed to providing the highest quality of services. She has been commended for the quality of her legal work, attention to detail, and for providing excellent client service.

She works with the BC Provincial government as a Paralegal, specializing in Administrative Law – Appeals and Judicial Reviews and Civil Litigation, and has a strong legal background with experience in both the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia. She has also been teaching the Paralegal Program since 2020 with students all across Canada.

She is actively involved in her local community and contributes to several committees and boards. She is based in Victoria, Canada, and lives with her family on the ancestral and unceded traditional territories of the Lək̓ʷəŋən peoples, also known today as the Esquimalt and Songhees Nations. Anita immigrated to Canada in 1993 from Slovakia with her family, and she has lived in several different parts of Canada, including Alberta, British Columbia, and the Northwest Territories.

She speaks Slovak, Czech, and English fluently.
